Terms of Service
Last updated 8 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Rello website (relloapp.io) and the Rello Chrome extension. By joining the waitlist, installing the extension, or using any part of the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Rello.
Who we are
Rello is operated from the United Kingdom by The Reseller Group LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, at 14 Chevin Close, Shrewsbury, SY1 3RJ (“Rello”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@relloapp.io.
What Rello does
Rello is a browser extension that helps resellers manage listings on Vinted and eBay — crosslisting from eBay to Vinted, reposting and handling offers on a schedule, importing and editing inventory, and printing shipping labels. Rello is a tool that acts on your behalf, using your own marketplace accounts and sessions.
The “browser must stay open” reality
This matters, so we're putting it up front. Rello's automations run inside your Chrome browser, not on a server. That means scheduled actions — auto-repost, auto-offer, auto-accept, auto-publish — only run while Chrome is open and the extension is active. We built it this way on purpose, but it means we can't and don't promise that automations run when your browser or computer is closed.
Your account and your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
- Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- You connect your own Vinted and eBay accounts and confirm you're entitled to use them.
- You're responsible for what you list, how you price it, and for following the rules and laws that apply to your sales.
Marketplace rules and account risk
Rello is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Vinted or eBay. Those platforms set their own terms, which may restrict automated tools, and they can change their websites or rules at any time. You're responsible for making sure your use of Rello fits the terms of the marketplaces you sell on. We build Rello to behave conservatively — with natural delays and no password handling — to reduce risk, but we can't guarantee a marketplace won't restrict or suspend an account, and we're not liable if one does.
Plans, payment, and cancellation
- Rello offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on our website.
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. The free tier remains available.
- We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice. Changes won't affect a billing period you've already paid for.
Refunds
- You can try Rello on the free tier before paying, so paid subscriptions are generally non-refundableonce a billing period has started. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for — we don't bill you again after that.
- 14-day cooling-off (UK/EU):if you're a consumer and you've just started a new paid subscription, you have 14 days to change your mind and request a refund. If you start using the paid features within those 14 days, you agree we can begin the service straight away, and any refund may be reduced in proportion to the use you've had.
- We'll always refund a charge that was clearly a mistake (for example, a double charge or a billing error on our side).
- To request a refund, email hello@relloapp.iowithin the relevant period and we'll sort it out.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Rello running, but marketplaces sometimes change their internal systems without notice, which can break features temporarily while we patch them. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may update, suspend, or withdraw features from time to time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Rello for anything unlawful, or to list prohibited or counterfeit goods
- attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its infrastructure
- use Rello in a way that harms other users, us, or the marketplaces
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service or others at risk.
Intellectual property
Rello, including its software, branding, and content, belongs to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while you comply with these terms. Your own listings and data remain yours.
Liability
Rello is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost sales, lost profits, account suspensions, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Rello, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law — including your rights as a consumer under UK law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Rello and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as liability and intellectual property — continue to apply afterwards.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Rello evolves. We'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Rello after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the place you live.
