Will my Vinted account get banned?

Rello doesn't ask for your Vinted password, and works through your existing browser session. It also includes built-in delays between actions, and is designed to work in a way that mirrors normal use of the platform. As with any third-party tool, account decisions ultimately rest with Vinted.

Does Rello work on other platforms?

Rello currently works on Vinted and eBay. We're working on more platforms, so keep an eye out.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the dashboard. If you cancel, your current subscription will run to the end of your current billing period and then stop. The Free tier stays available forever.

Why the browser stays open. Rello runs inside Chrome rather than on a server, so Vinted sees ordinary browsing instead of automated traffic. The trade-off is that automations only run while Chrome is open. It's a deliberate choice to keep your account safe.

Crosslisting

Move your listings across without having to type everything out again. Choose a listing, click a button and Rello fills out the Vinted form for you. Photos are copied across automatically, along with details like brand, size, colour, category, condition and description.

Choose how you want to use it. Fill Only populates the form and lets you make your own edits. Save Draft creates drafts to review later. Publish Live lists items straight away.

Need to move lots of listings? Rello can bulk crosslist multiple items at once. Vinted and eBay are currently supported, with more marketplaces on the way. Crosslisting and inventory tools are included as part of the Professional plan.

No. If you only sell on Vinted, you still get the automations, label printing, and analytics. An eBay account is only needed if you want to crosslist your eBay listings across to Vinted, which is part of the Professional plan.
